Online hearing by the City of Pirna

Persons who have committed an administrative offence in the municipal area of Pirna (e.g. in stationary or moving traffic, violation of police regulations) or have witnessed an administrative offence can use the City of Pirna’s online hearing.
The personal access code and a password for using the online platform will be sent to the person in question together with the postal hearing letter from the fine office.

In the online hearing, you can make comments on the respective facts in a quiet setting, view photographs of evidence, and upload your own attachments to clarify the facts. Once the information is submitted, the fine office receives the respective data and processes it promptly. This not only saves time but also the postage fees incurred for returning the hearing letter.

The online platform is available in several languages and can therefore also be used without any problems by persons residing abroad. Using the digital hearing is voluntary. The hearing letter provided can still be filled out and mailed to the fine office.
